Tory Burch Brown velvet & Orange gold beaded Embroidered tunic estimated sz M

Gorgeous brown velvet beaded tunic in excellent condition. No size tag but based on fit I estimate it’s a medium. Really tried to make this work for me but my neck is just too short and stubby. Measurements verified and offers welcome.
