jillscloset405 @alyssamarko1 hi there, thanks for your question! The bag is designed to bunch like that naturally when worn, but when laying flat there aren’t any major permanent creases or anything! You can see in the close up pics what I mean. Let me know if more pics would be helpful and I can add in a bit!

jillscloset405 @alyssamarko1 honestly, barely, but I just added more pics to show what I mean. There’s maybe some slight wear on 2 of the metal pieces on the handle strap, and in one corner you can see some leather rub on 2 of the “stitches”, but overall it’s in excellent condition. Added the last pic to show there aren’t any deep creases or anything too!
