Tory Burch Ankle Boots

New in Box TB Brooke Ankle Bootie size 8 Never worn. Upon listed I noticed some areas on the boots that it almost looked as if they got wet? Maybe an issue with the dyeing process? Not really that noticeable, but I need to mention since I noticed it. Bought several years ago and got packed up when moving- finally unpacking boxes after a long renovation. Already bought new boots since these were packed away in storage.
