Beautiful Tory Burch 100% silk ivory and black splatter blouse with front ruffle, and zipper down the front. Size 2, but seems a bit oversized. The pit to pit is approximately 19 inchesThere are small yellow spots on the backside of the ruffled sleeves, hard to notice at first as it blends in with the splatter pattern. They may very well come out when cleaned, since they are on the underside, backside of the sleeve ruffles, really hard to notice at first as it's on the back side of the ruffled sleeve.
