Never worn outside as one of the straps that goes by the toes is a tad wider than the other and my feet are super narrow so did not work out for me. Really bummed since these would go well with many outfits. I added photos of the measurements of the upper strap. One measures approx 6.5 inches across while the other measures just under that.
