These shorts are made by Torrid. They are a brown mid rise paper bag waist style. Originally they came with a tie, but I no longer have that. Torrid size 2 (2XL) and in very nice pre owned condition. Smoke and pet free home. Waist laying flat - 18” Rise - 15” Inseam - 4” T-6225
