Torrid velvet roses fit in flare dress

This pretty dress is it stretch velvet fabric knit. There’s a cross wrap stuff front to a fitted waist and full skirt. Dress is an excellent condition. I feel like they’re making a little catching at the bus line where a pin was fastened. Marked at forward to this is either a 2x or an 18.
