baetheredge Hey can you tell me if this is the "retro" skirt with the ruffle hem around the bottom, or the other one that does not have a ruffle hem?

chelsey430 @baetheredge hey! I’m not sure I know what you mean. It is ruffled on the left and right side. Not constricted at the bottom going horizontal (if that makes sense). Sorry if I am not being helpful at all! 🫣

baetheredge @chelsey430 thanks for replying! Torrid has 2 styles of skirts that look like this and I'm picky about which one it is :) One is made with a wide, loose band around the bottom that is what I'm calling the "ruffle hem." The other is fitted all the way down and the band at the bottom is sewn pretty much like the one at the top - a thin stretchy hem. So the ruffle hem would have an "extra" piece of fabric sewn along the bottom. I hope that makes sense!
