Torrid surplice sleeveless banded bottom top 0X

Black with white and neon pink abstract pattern. Surplice at the chest and has a strap across the upper chest/neck area to make it look like a cut out. Sheer lightweight fabric, doesn't stretch. Banded at the bottom with elastic, a piece in the back is twisted, don't believe this affects wear. Exellent condition. It does have a small button at the chest that you can close so it's not so open in the front or you can wear it open with your layered tank showing through.
