Beautiful Torrid sleeveless plus size dress. Racerback style with a high neckline and buttons on the back. Smocked at the top and elasticized waist. Orange color with multicolor flower pattern throughout. Measures about 20” p2p without stretching out the smocking. Excellent used condition.
