Torrid polka dot peplum top 2X

Torrid black and white polka-dot peplum top 2X, It's comfortable, pretty and flattering. It has a zipper in the back. It has stretch to it and feels very well made. Like new condition, bought it brand new at Torrid but only wore it a few times. It's just been hanging in my closet.
