Super cute off white Torrid peasant blouse with long sleeves that have elastic so can be pushed up to 3/4 for the ultimate volume. Ruffle collar with tie and hook and loop buttons up the front. Lace cut outs are adorable. Excellent used condition with no visible flaws. Measurements: Pit to pit 28.5” Length from collar to hem 32.5” Fabric has no stretch but is made to fit loosely.
