Torrid neon lime Georgette peplum blouse NWT size 2

Sheer fabric. Lightweight, doesn't stretch. Ties at the front. Buttons down. Sleeveless top. Is more neon than pictured. I feel like it's a cross between yellow and green but Torrid describes it as Lime. These are my favorite style of their tops and I have so many in different colors that i'm not ready to part with yet! Excellent top.
