Torrid crisscross front flutter black blouse

Super cute black blouse with a cross-cross across the chest. Sleeveless. In good used condition. A few strings on bottom of hem. Will need to be ironed because of wrinkles. Very shear. My personal measurements are around 34 for both the front and back
