Torrid blue polka dot peplum top with cutout

This blue peplum top is tough to part with--it's one of my favorites! But it's too big now, so it needs a new home. The cutout in the back is fun, and the whole piece is super easy-wearing for summer. There's some slight fabric pilling from normal wear.
