Torrid White Rayon Cold Shoulder Top Sz 1

Really pretty womens Torrid cold shoulder flowy top in white rayon. Tag says Size 1 but it feels smalller than normal to me. I bought this preowned and believe it may have been dried bc a Torrid 1 is usually big on me but this shirt has no extra room on me. Please look at measurements instead of just going by the size in case it is smaller than it should be. Thanks!
