Torrid Strapless Cocktail Dress Size 26 Black with Pink Flowers. Sweatheart neckline, boning in front bodice. Ruffle down the bodice front and aroung the waist. Zipper closure. Elastic across top of back bodice. Black tulle trim at bottom of skirt. Very good condition. The hanger straps have been cut out.
