Beautiful smocked tropical print dress!! The straps are adjustable and can be tied to your desired length. The entire top is smocked which allows for different chest sizes. Very flattering fit, skirt starts about waist level. The skirt is also double lines so not at all see through. Lightly worn. No damage! Size 1 (torrid sizing)
