Torrid Red and Black Dress Short Sleeved with Polka Dots Women's Size 22 No Belt

Beautiful red and black Torrid dress in a women's size 22. The top red part has black polka dots, a v-neck and slight elastic gather at the top of the sleeve cuff. Bottom is a fairly heavy knit material and has belt loops, but the belt is missing. Zip closure on the back. Dress would be in excellent pre-owned condition, but can only be graded as good pre-owned due to the missing belt. Please see photos.
