From Torrid, this is a pretty red blouse with a smocked upper half and a lighter gauzy material for the sleeves and lower half. V-neck design and nice wide elastic band at the wrists. Torrid size 2 or normal size 2X 18-20. Excellent, new with tag condition. Please see photos.
