Torrid Purple Floral Smocked Dress Plus Sz 18/20?

Preowned Torrid purple dress with floral design. It is smocked from the top and sleeves. It’s knee length. Overall in good condition with the exception of the following: -the size tag is missing but it seems to fit like a size 18/20. Please review the measurements, which can be found in the photos to ensure it fits. Note that due to the smocking, the dress does have some stretch. -the dress has a lot of loose thread. This is mostly noticeable from the interior of the dress and does not impact the structure of the dress. It can also be seen in some parts of the sleeves. This can be seen in the photos. No noticeable stains.
