Torrid Navy Floral Off Shoulder Challi Smock Dress

Perfect time for Spring! Smocked upper bodice has an easy stretch, while the skirt is thin and flowy. The sleeves can be worn off shoulder, or on, and looks great either way. The floral print in mixed pinks goes well with rose gold accessories (my favorite!). The dress is new w/o tags- I’ve only ever tried it on. It is super flattering!
