Torrid NEW high waist full coverage swim bottom teal light blue their size 1

Torrid high waist bikini bottoms. Brand new with tags full coverage bottoms from Torrid. The style description says blu radiance ruched.the color is a light blue teal color. Fully lined with vertical ribbed fabric. I don't see that any part of it is actually ruched. Please check photos. Torrid size 1 which is the equivalent to a US size 14-16. The approximate relaxed waist measurement is 16" and the rise is 13-14"
