Torrid Gray Floral Leggings EUC SZ 1x-3X

These leggings are so pretty and run a little smaller for 3X unless you like really tight fit. I wear a 1X and they fit me so in my opinion they would fit from 1X to 3X. They measure 18" side to side at top of waist without stretching any and hip measures 22". Rise is 11" and inseam is 26". From a smoke free and pet free home 💜
