Torrid Florecer, sheer high low duster jacket or swim cover-up

This is a pretty floral pink peach lilac, and navy blue. Oh I see even there’s a little white in the leaf. The fabric is a semi shear VSCO or Polly. It is longer in the back in the front with bell sleeves in excellent condition.
