On the bottom of the sleeves is that a different fabric? It looks ribbed or something? Also, can you tell me the circumference around the bottom? I need to know if I kept it zipped up/closes that it will fit around my hips...thx

@cchip55 yes, it’s a stretchy fabric underneath. It’s a bit hard to tell because it’s the same color, but I tried to take pics of them.

I’m so sorry! I completely forgot to measure. I’m sure it’s too late, but it’s approximately 40 inches. It also has the stretch on the sides, so it should provide extra room if it’s needed.
