New dress, never worn. I removed the tags, but decided it wasn't quite office work appropriate for the hospital I work at. Torrid size 2, or 18-20. It has pockets! There is a lace strip in the skirt that falls around my knees. The bottom of the dress lands right under my calf, but not quite ankle length.
