This top has cats as polka dots. Need I say more? Actually I do. This top has been well loved, but is in almost decent condition. There are two small acrylic paint stains on the lower half of the shirt. I have paired this top with high rise jeans, and with pencil skirt to cover it. Guess what? It's still cute as hell. I'm just making room in my closet and want some one to love it as much as I did.
