Torrid Blouson Sleeve Mock Neck Plus Size Dress with Star Print

This dress is so fun. It was a blouson sheer sleeve. It has a smocked neckline and waistline. There is a small slit in the back and then buttons at the neck. The dress is lined except the sleeves. The lining is the same light blue color (see picture). There are also pockets!! Who doesn’t love a dress with pockets?! It is 39” from the shoulder. 100% polyester
