This is a 2 piece set with - the crop top has an elasticized waist and shoulders and the hi-low skirt has elastic across the back of the waist. This set is new with tags and has never been worn, only tried on. There are no pockets in the skirt. It's 100% rayon and is coming from a non-smoking, dog-friendly home.
