Topshop scuba peplum top black floral- US size 4

Topshop peplum top in a black multicolor floral pattern. US size 4/UK size 8. Scuba type material. Back keyhole, fitted at the waist and flared at the bottom. Good condition with no major flaws. There is some pilling as seen in the photos. Please see pictures for measurements.
