Topshop pink & black ruffle dress

Pink and black tank top dress with ruffles. The chest area and straps are hot pink form-fitting cotton. There's a tight black cotton band at the waist, and then black ruffles from the waist down to the bottom of the dress. The dress falls to the Mid-thigh. It's a low-cut scoop neck at the front and the back. There is a zipper that runs along the side of the dress. Looks adorable with black heels, or black tights and booties. Has never been worn
