Topshop Kelly Green Pleated “Skater” Dress

Kelly Green “Skater Style” pleated zip up dress from Topshop. Not a “mini” dress but not what I would consider a “midi”, it hits above the knee for me, I would say an appropriate work or church length dress (I am 5’6”). Dress is Size US 6 , my aunt bought it for me but I have never been able to wear, as it is too big on me and I didn’t think it could be altered to my size (I am usually a 0/2 at Topshop). Such a cute dress in a gorgeous color! appropriate for work or school or church, pretty much any event with a casual-dressy vibe
