Topshop Embroidered off the shoulder dress

I’m so sad to part with this because it’s such a fun dress! I just don’t wear it enough! It’s so comfortable and off the shoulder. It’s 100% true to size and has these cute little cut outs on the sleeves and bottom half. There’s a few loose fabrics but if you have scissors they’re so easy to cut off! Otherwise it’s in great condition and perfect for spring/summer! I’m 5’3” also and it comes to my mid thigh!
