Topshop Drawstring Sheer Floral Cropped Blouse

I bought this at Nordstrom Rack—I’ve never seen this style before but have seen the print, so I think it was altered in store. It fits just at my waist, cropped, and flowy enough in the bust area if you’re girls are on the larger side like mine. Elastic around the neck line so she can be pulled down the shoulders! Elastic at the waist as well.
