flutter_buysHey there Beautiful Posh Mama! How are you?! Your closet is beautiful as always!! Hope you are feeling well?! I had my ablation on both sides of my back. Didn’t work, unfortunately. They want to put in something called vertiflex. Two of them. It basically holds my vertebrae open so it’s not pinching nerves and not squishing my disc’s. But I have narrowing of the spinal cord too. It’s a mess. Thank goodness I can still walk!! (Cont)

flutter_buysOn a better note…. Are you getting ready for Christmas yet?! I’ve done not a darn thing yet! lol 😂! I’m gonna put up the little tree Saturday. My hubby said he is going to put lights out front too. Since we are going to be here this winter we might as well get into it with this terrible cold weather!! lol! Hate it! I'm sorry the ablation didn't work on the back that new thing sounds kind of strange but I always up for something new. unfortunately my dear November 11th I had major major surgery on my right hip gluteus maximus tensor fasciae muscle transfer. they literally cut me from my knee to my waist and had to transfer muscle out of my butt to replace my gluteus Maximus and minimus that had deteriorated and torn off the pelvis and femur bones

cathyfrangos@flutter_buys PT 2 it was a 7-hour surgery involving two different surgeons. following hospital stay I was transferred to a rehab facility and got home Thanksgiving. I am totally non-weight-bearing on my right side for the next 8 weeks. I'll be seeing surgeons again on January 17th after seeing them this past Monday. by then I am praying and hoping to get off this damn Walker and wheelchair. the pain from this thing has been awful but I am making very slow progress.

cathyfrangos@flutter_buys I am praying by springtime to be able to get out to California that I will be healed and walking by then. and as you know this type of thing totally messes up all of my back issues so I have to stay in touch with my back doctors to make sure nothing we are doing effects the efforts we've put into my back

cathyfrangos@flutter_buys so needless to say there won't be much of a Christmas here between me and my husband. I don't even think we're putting up any decorations I know I can't Tom is now 88 and just had major prostate surgery November 5th. you should see us I don't know who can go faster down the hall him or I LOL we look like two shuffling old goats. Poshmark has been good to me no complaints except for the abundance of low ball people out there wanting top labels for 20% of their listed prices

cathyfrangos@flutter_buys I'm sorry you have to spend the winter in the cold. I too hated it just goes through my bones and having to go through this winter on this silly Walker thing and hip brace is not a fun thing I did get my sutures taken out Monday when I was there all 124 of them! 24 across my right butt and a hundred of them from my knee to my waist. but we are both tough ladies and we will get through this and it will make us better people for it right! stay in touch love hearing from you

flutter_buys@cathyfrangos Oh my word!! You sure are one tough lady!! I remember you told me about your hip however I didn’t realize you would have that MAJOR surgery! And I’m sure you will be walking without the walker in no time. Definitely by spring! I have faith in you! But yes be careful with your back, I’m sure that is no picnic either. cathyfrangos@flutter_buys it is certainly been quite the adventure! once they had me cut open they realized how severely damaged the muscles were they were shredded like tissue paper so they needed to take muscle and fat from my butt and flap it over to attach to the pelvis and femur. even those muscles had some deterioration that's why I am not allowed to put any weight on that side so as not to put pressure on sutures and anchors until everything is healed interiorly.

flutter_buys@cathyfrangos It must have been a good one! And you must be a quick healer. Yeah, I bet you do get a lot of low ball offers! I get them too but… I’m sure nothing like you. I just don’t understand it. I mean, really?! It’s almost insulting!! I just don’t even let it get to me anymore. lol! I have had a procedure every month since June! So I really haven’t been listing anything. I’m going shopping this weekend at the thrift shop. It’s the best part of doing this! lol!! 🤣😂👍😜

cathyfrangos@flutter_buys I haven't been to a thrift shop in almost 2 years since March of 2020 when I had to rush back from California because of covid beginning. I really miss that part! I do have people out in California that source for me estate sales and lockers etc it's where I get a lot of my things now. all I have to do is pay postage my girls are wonderful out there
