The woman with the smaller Dooney the Dooney is beautiful but I'm having a lot of trouble with the zipper and I found a lovely lady rather than some of the others who are not so lovely to deal with and it's not a problem returning it and I will so I'm glad you didn't take that one.

Have you had any dealings with returns or with people who are just downright nasty and certainly not accommodating? I have no idea why they can't be pleasant why can't people be like you just be nice. It's not that hard.
