I was hoping the Large would be more oversized but it’s just tight enough in the arms that I don’t reach for it. Would recommend for a true Medium or a petite Large. Chest to chest - 20 inches Shoulder to hem - 23 inches Adjustable waist and hood. Lots of pockets!
