Topaz ring

CCO Worn a handful of x’s before arthritis swole my fingers too much. Ring was specially designed for me by my husbands jeweler friend. It’s heavy white gold and a very uniquely cut stone. Pictures don’t do this ring justice. Uncertain the karat weight of stone. Measures 1/2” across the top of stone at the widest parts. {It’s a triangular shape}
