TopShop Dress Nordstrom Rack. Purchased for myself, wore once. Liquidating my closet full of goods. I never noticed until photographing this a small tear in scarf like fabric that hangs at waist. Cannot see this at all. It must have been like this when purchased at Nordstrom Rack. Size 8. Wide sleeves. Gorgeous huge yellow flowers on black and white print. Elastic on back of waist. Front has fabric that falls unless you wrap it around but I don’t think you do. I let it fall like a scarf at waist. CALL OUT - NO REFUND. Price is reflected.
