Nice top by Quacker Factory. This is a pretty blue top. The front has horizonal rows of blue and silver toned sequins. There are blue lace rows intermixed. The back is a solid blue. It has 3/4 sleeves and a scoop neckline. The original package with additional sequins is still attached. This looks like it is new without the original tags. It is SIZE LARGE.
