Top Vintage Vintage Diva Harlow dress in a beautiful Christmas green. Features plunging neckline, hidden side zipper and built in shape wear. I had this shipped from the Netherlands and just never wore her. Has been folded up in my dresser to retain shape. The fabric drapes wonderfully and is heavy.

is this stretchy? how many inches is the waist lying flat?

@jadasluxuryhair I added pics. The high / empire waist measures 13in w stretch and around the natural waist measures 16in. It has tons of stretch but also has built in shapewear. For example I'm 36B, 29in waist and 35in hips and this small is my size.
