Top Paw Dog Life Vest/Jacket Pink and Grey/Gray with Handle Size Small 15-30lbs

This is a life jacket/life vest for dogs from the brand Top Paw. It is pink with grey and black. It is a size small which the sizing guide (pictured) dictates for dogs with a girth of 16-20 inches and 15-30 pounds. The measurements I got are for a neck of 9.5-13 inches, a girth of 14-21 inches, and a length of 11 inches. It does have damage to the buckles due to a dog chewing on it, with one buckle being completely cracked.
