Top Flutter Sleeves Knotted Front

The tag has been cut out because it's was scratchy. However, it's a size 8. This fierce top is in EUC. It feels like a cotton blend. Beautiful tan and brown colors. Has a little stretch but not a lot. Check out the neckline, unique high collar look: v cut and then has a knot at the breast line and open up. Very flattering.
