i really like but im usually a xl- 0X in tops like this. does it run small? just wondering if you think itd be too big. need soft loose clothing post surgery thanks

i tried on a friends 3x and it would have worked except the shoulders and neck drooped down alot. disappointed, but thanks for your communication
