Hi, I don't know Poshmarks guidelines. There is a function that says problems on the order site. Go there and I think they're is a option for returns. I have no issues with a return, but I tried and can't initiate one from my end. Let me know. I'm sorry they didn't fit. I wear different sizes depending on the brand, so i stopped ordering shoes on line. That's why I have an abundance of shoes that don't fit me. It's frustrating.
