the description on the tag says 100% cotton.. the neck is round( a bit wider and lower than a t shirt type of round.. but not as low to show breast)
panel above the breast( front has a babydoll look) and from shoulder to elbow and the entire back is stretchy cotton.
front has eyelet designs and scalloped hem also the lower part of the sleeves
