29” very nice top would look great wi5 palazzo pants. Sorry New phot isn’t great either. Wish I had a mannequin. I’m also going to list a really nice white top that would b great with palazzo pants too. But just took pics so they’re not great lighting either.

Also the black dress with white grey flowers down the middle, I have listed. looks way better in person . I wore that to my daughters rehearsal dinner.
