It is polyester and has a little shine to it. There is no stretch to it. Really cute but I am losing weight and nothing fits me anymore.

Wait, I was looking at the wrong top. This top is 24 in with raglan sleeves. I just saw a dark spot at the top of the sleeve. I will adjust the price or try to get it out myself. It is Rayon & Spandex.
