Pre-owned but in very good condition. No stains or tears noticed. Some discoloration on soles due to previous wear, but that can be cleaned and dies not cause any actual damage to the shoes. Please note: the insoles are missing from both shoes (they were like that when I bought them). They just need to have new insoles put in, and they will be good to go! Size 8.
